This non-accredited course has been designed as a fully online course, covering key first aid topics for Parents and Carers of young children and babies.

This unit is an approved child protection training course required by government protocol and applies to workers in a range of job roles providing services to children and young people in childcare, education, community services and health contexts.

Students are required to upload two (2) videos of themselves participating in simulated scenarios to complete the practical assessment component
This is a non-accredited course for those who have previously undertaken similar training and would like to refresh and update their skills. This course is also applicable to those who are not required to undertake nationally recognised training but are required to be aware of the indicators of abuse or neglect and how to respond.
Refresher training is recommended to demonstrate compliance with Regulation 84 of the Education and Care Services National Law and Education and Care Services National Regulations and Quality Area 2 of the National Quality Standard.
