In addition to training and upskilling support workers in the community, we offer complete nursing care services to residents living in the City of Casey. We provide all nursing and personal care to recipients of NDIS, aged care, post-hospital care and TAC. We provide equality to all our clients to ensure care services are tailored to each individual, ultimately elevating the overall quality of life for every client.
ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Karen's Story
Karen's remarkable tenure in the field of residential aged care, which spans since 2009, attests to her extensive expertise. Beyond her hands-on experience, she has consistently demonstrated her prowess in educating and mentoring care staff while also enlightening families about intricate clinical matters and navigating the complexities of behavioural challenges associated with Alzheimer's and dementia. Karen's leadership shines through as she effectively manages teams comprising 4 to 6 members per shift.
Notably, her repertoire boasts specialised knowledge encompassing a holistic approach to behaviour strategies and clinical care.
Karen is qualified in the following areas:
